RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You are able to exchange or return an item for at least 7 days from the day you received your purchase.

 

  1. Full refund will be done on DANZASON wallet or in Bank account as per customer's preferences.
  1. Discounted item, (sale) gift card, and offers items are not refundable. COD amount or any discount coupon amount will not be refunded.
  2. Reverse pick up will be done from our side wherever possible. If it’s not possible, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. 

 

NOTE: To be eligible for an Exchange, 'your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it' if you have size and colour issue. & 'It must be in the original packaging'. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
